International Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager, Amsterdam

The Group Tax team is part of the centralised unit Corporate Finance & Tax based in Amsterdam and is responsible for developing and implementing the group's tax strategy, managing compliance and tax reporting, maintaining tax risk management and monitoring and safeguarding the overall tax position of the group. Within Group Tax the position for an International Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager has become vacant.

The main responsibilities are:

* Manage tax accounting & reporting (IFRS) processes within the Atradius group;
* Prepare and review the (consolidated) calculation of the current and deferred tax position on quarterly basis;
* Prepare and assist with year-end audit packages for the independent auditors;
* Liaise with the IFRS specialists and other Finance colleagues to understand the implications of tax accounting changes as well as specific transactions;
* Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the tax reporting and compliance process;
* Manage and coordinate transfer pricing documentation within the Atradius group;
* Provide support to the local (financial) staff in all kinds of tax and transfer pricing related questions, also in respect of country-specific transfer pricing documentation;
* Support local Finance in tax audits;
* Assist and support the implementation of Country-by-Country reporting;
* Manage compliance with FATCA and Common Reporting Standard regulations;
* Support Solvency II reporting to the extent relating to tax.

Group Tax works closely together with the other units/teams like Corporate Finance, Legal and Compliance, Group Finance, Group Control and all local Finance units.

Desired Skills and Experience

* Bachelor degree (or higher) in accounting or tax;
* 3-5 years relevant working experience;
* Affinity with tax accounting and reporting;
* Understanding of transfer pricing principles and cross border taxation;
* Good communication, numerical and analytical skills;
* Ability to work in a complex and challenging environment dealing with different stakeholders;
* Flexible, able and willing to adjust in a quickly changing environment;
* Proactive, initiator, team player;
* International mind set;
* Fluency in English is a prerequisite;
* Knowledge of the Spanish language is an advantage.
