Tax Manager or Senior Manager, Manchester (Part time or flexible working considered)

Our client is an innovative independent firm with a great client base and tremendous attitude to work/life balance- they have practically irradiated overtime!
They seek an all round tax advisor who enjoys managing a team and dealing with clients to help run their tax offering. In this role you will oversee the compliance for personal tax clients and will be involved with lots of advisory work for HNW individuals, trusts, barristers, owner managers and to some extent their businesses. You will need experience of managing and developing more junior staff and a genuine enthusiasm for tax planning work
Working with partners you will be involved in a wide range of advisory work such as planning for sale of family businesses, maximising entrepreneur's relief, structuring of trusts to protect vulnerable family members, as well as taking advice from tax counsel or liaising with HMRC .
Part time or flexible working considered. Or fulltime but with a realistic expectation that you won't be staying past 5.30pm. Alongside technical work you will be properly involved with the management of this firm and there is a great long term incentive plan in place. Salary in the range £40,000 to £50,000 plus benefits dependent on experience and qualifications. Range of levels from more junior manager to senior manager considered.
