Property Tax Advisor, London

Are you an experienced Property Tax Advisor (likely to be an experienced manager, senior manager or perhaps even a director in your current firm)?

Are you CTA and/or ACA qualified, with broad experience in all aspects of property, including protecting property assets?

Do you consider yourself to be ambitious, with superb communication and interpersonal skills and with the ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers?

This tax practice is looking for an articulate, tenacious and self-motivated individual whose profile fits this description.

The firm is looking to grow their Property Tax department with the recruitment of an experienced Property Tax Advisor.

The successful candidate will work with existing and new clients of the firm, and this will include creating bespoke strategies and ideas to manage this growing area.

Some of the work you will handle will include providing advice to clients upon protection of property assets and property portfolio protection, taking into account legislative changes, as and when they arise.

You will also be expected to generate new business from intermediaries such as accountants and financial advisors (an existing related referral network would be an advantage but is not essential).

This is a great career opportunity for an experienced Property Tax Advisor to join an expanding practice with a national footprint.

While you will be based in the London office, some travel to other parts of the UK will be required on occasions.
