This means that they are looking to further expand their tax investigations team with the acquisition of at least one more talented Tax Investigations Assistant Manager or Manager in 2018, building on the previous recruitment of several new staff in 2016 and 2017.

As a brief outline, the tax investigations team helps clients with negotiations and settlements, spanning EBTs, tax residence, domicile and remittance disputes, IR35, ADR and appeals to tax tribunals.

The team is quite diverse and includes ex Big 4 and ex mid tier trained tax advisers, as well as home grown trainees.
