- Be a part of a specific strategy to bring in a seasoned/senior Transfer Pricing specialist at the Senior Manager or Director level in Northern China.
- You will need to have fluency in both Mandarin and English, business fluency so the ability to conduct a meeting in either English or Mandarin
- You will be equally comfortable with Chinese clients or US, UK, European clients with in-bound operations
- Extensive outbound Chinese headquartered MNC’s who need their hands held as they rapidly invest into other markets such as Africa, wider APAC, Europe and the America’s

- Interested in a concerted push (and hard work!) for a period before Partnership
- Not interested in grade promotion for the title but as part of a wider ‘building a team’ mentality
- Good with training junior members of the TP team
- Happy to travel globally,regularly
- You might be originally from China but educated in the US, UK or Europe and looking to return as the markets take off or you might be a language – o phile and be interested in having good career progression outside your home country
