Transfer Pricing Lead - Caribbean (Partner Path Available)

A unique opportunity to build and lead a Transfer Pricing practice in the Caribbean has arisen. A leading firm in the Caribbean are looking to bring on board an experienced Transfer Pricing Senior Manager or Director to build and lead a practice from their Caribbean Transfer Pricing hub. The firm is the undisputed market leader in the region, leading both from a revenue and headcount perspective.

With the recent introduction of Transfer Pricing in the region it is a unique opportunity for an experienced Transfer Pricing professional to grow a business within a business, something seldom found in mature markets.

The role would require an ambitious individual to work in a challenging market and excel while engaging in Business development, technical Transfer Pricing delivery as well as recruiting and building a team underneath them

The path to Partnership is clear and defined as the firm currently do not have a Transfer Pricing partner. Key personality traits the firm are looking to see is Tenacity, leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements for the role:

1) A minimum of 7 Years of Transfer Pricing experience
2) Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
3) Ability to lead and grow a team of junior staff
4) Commercial acumen and fine tuned business development skills
5) Willingness to travel within the region
