Your new accountancy practice is a leading accountancy firm covering the North West of England and North Wales. Your new role
Your new role as a Personal tax senior will involve managing your own portfolio of clients consisting of high net-worth individuals, partners and directors and some trusts. You will ultimately take responsibility for the preparation and submission of personal tax returns and ideally, will be competent enough to pick up tax planning and advisory work (depending on seniority). This role will involve a considerable amount of client liaison and utilising the IRIS system on a daily basis.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this role you will have experience of working with a reputable accountancy practice in managing a portfolio of personal tax clients. Candidates that have experience in providing tax planning and advisory support will be looked upon favourably. This role will involve liaising with clients via email, telephone and face to face and being the main point of contact between the client and HMRC.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of between £25,000-£30,000 (negotiable) and 20 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday. This firm can also offer a supportive and friendly environment, free on-site parking and a convenient easily accessible location.
