This independent firm based in the West End, are regarded as a leading independent firm based in London, with an impressive international network. As a firm they provide a partner led service, which focuses on relationships within the private client and OMB markets. Further to this they are well regarded as experts when dealing with international tax affairs and have successfully developed a large client following in the technology sector.
Your new role
The firm is looking for an exceptional corporate tax specialist to step up to partnership in the corporate tax team. The role will allow you to take responsibility for the an array of complex advisory work which will include OMBs, Listed, domestic and international clients. You will also work as a technical resource for other partners and staff throughout the firm.
What you'll need to succeed
The corporate tax work within the team is not straightforward and therefore this firm is looking for someone who has experience dealing with a broad range of challenging work such as M&A, corporate reorganisations and international tax (such as double tax treaties, BEPs and TP).
