Their Forensic and Investigation Services (FIS) team has extensive experience of providing high-quality, timely and cost-effective investigations, advice, expert reports and expert testimony on financial and accountancy matters, including:

Litigation and arbitration - acting as party appointed, single joint expert or expert advisor in a host of litigation, English and international arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures
* Investigations - providing authoritative and impartial advice in investigations and asset recoveries

Responsibilities

Assist clients to investigate alleged regulatory breaches
*

Prepare analysis work incorporated into expert witness reports to quantify losses
*

Work overseas to investigate allegations of bribery or corruption
*

Assist clients to assess and improve their fraud or anti-money laundering risk management
*

Assist in the drafting of formal reports in the context of expert witness or investigation assignments
*

Work in multi-disciplinary teams, collating and assessing evidence
*

Assist in the preparation and take notes during formal investigation interviews and
*

Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
