This small but growing tax investigations department sits within a medium sized firm of Chartered Accountants that provides corporate clients and wealthy individuals with a wide range of professional services, including all areas of taxation.

The tax investigations practice has been very busy for some time, and this has led to team expansion in 2017, with the further appetite to hire a talented tax investigations assistant manager or manager.

You will be familiar with handling a breadth of cases in this niche area, especially Cop9/CDF and Cop8 work, liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and assisting with the resolution of disputes and helping with the reaching of settlements.

A confident client facer, you will be capable of building successful professional relationships and playing your part in a busy, but team-focused outfit.
