Senior Manager (International Tax)

A leading advisory firm is currently looking to hire a Senior Manager for their International Tax Group. The firm in question is going through significant investment and therefore would love to hire a ACA/CTA who would love to be part of a growing team.You will be overseeing the advise on multinational groups in the Large Corporate sector (inbound and outbound) with a focus on international structuring work for telecommunications and media clients!

You will join a team a experience Partner Group and be heavily involved in the following:

* Advising clients on a range of UK and international tax issues, including cross-border structuring and financing, CFC rules, worldwide debt cap and distribution exemption regimes.
* Delivering on M&A and corporate restructuring projects for large corporate clients, focusing on areas such as the substantial shareholdings exemption, share reorganisation and value shifting rules.
* Advising on corporation tax planning structures
