Personal Tax Senior vacancy with large independent firm in Stockport | Salary of between £24,000-£30,000

This firm has been providing pro-active accountancy and business advice to Cheshire and South Manchester businesses for over 50 years. This firm specialises in many different industry sectors including Retail, Construction, Solicitors, Leisure and Media sectors, as well as those in Service Chare Accounting and Charities. This firm currently houses 100 members of staff with 8 partners.
Your new role
Your new role will involve managing your own portfolio of high net-worth individuals, partnerships, company directors and trusts. You will attend to all compliance aspects linked to this portfolio and provide ad hoc tax planning advice to clients. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and HMRC on a regular basis and assisting the Tax Manager and Tax partner when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent experience of managing you own portfolio of personal tax clients from within a personal tax team in practice. You will ideally be ATT and/or CTA qualified, you will be ambitious with excellent numerical capabilities.
