VAT Manager or Assistant Manager job with a leading practice in Leeds. Salary of £45,000 plus benefits.
Your new company
I am working in partnership with a national accountancy firm to recruit an indirect tax specialist to be based in their Leeds office.
Your new role
Working alongside the existing indirect tax team, you will provide a predominantly advisory service to a varied client portfolio. You will be encouraged to develop new VAT business by leveraging existing relationships that other departments have with clients.
What you'll need to succeed
A relevant accountancy qualification is desirable, however if you are sufficiently qualified by experience and have a proven track record in a similar position you will be considered. As this is an advisory role, it is essential that you are comfortable building relationships with clients and that you have the commercial skills to develop new business.
