Private Client Tax Senior Manager, London Big 4

I have a great opportunity for you to work in the High Net Worth team at one of the Big 4 as a senior manager. Your portfolio will include non-domiciled and domiciled entrepreneurs, family offices and hedge fund principals. You will both produce and deliver complex project work for your portfolio and for the partners.

Alongside your technical work, you will join senior staff on business development activities and pitches. This will give you first hand access to seeing the Big 4 partners doing what they do best! The partners and Directors will act as your mentors, providing you with support and training in this area. Once you’ve got experience you will free to go out and do your own pitches, developing clients independently.

As a senior manager you will also be responsible for managing a team. You will be heavily involved in the strategic recruitment of the team. This will include interviewing and selecting prospective team members. For those already in your team you will create career development plans, support their studies and give on the job training.
