Tax Manager Real Estate Advisory

You are joining a close knit, high calibre team of driven individuals who are either ACA/CTA qualified and have a passion for advising an array of client for example Healthcare, Real Estate Funds, Property Developers & local authorities.

This role will give you excellent exposure multiple taxes as you will advise on issues covering direct tax, VAT, SDLT, compliance for Non-resident landlords, trusts and partnership. You will provide tax advice for property transactions for large private real estate groups

As you grow and learn within the role you will cover Tax efficient international business structures and restructuring (for investments in to the UK and tax rules in major European countries).

Some ad hoc queries will cover:

Non-Resident capital gains tax for Non-UK residents holding UK residential property (applicable from April 2015).

Assessing the impact of April 2017 UK restrictions to deductions for interest beyond the arm's length principle.

Maximising capital allowances and reviews of building expenditure.

If you have worked within a small practice whom has gained even a small amount of exposure to property tax issues but comes armed with strong UK Corporate tax, you will have ideal transfer ability into this excellent team.
