Your new company

A leading multinational FTSE company based Essex is currently recruiting for a Tax and VAT Controller. The company currently serve commercial, professional and academic communities by helping them connect and learn. They currently provide access to content and intelligence that helps people and businesses work smarter and make better decisions faster.

Your new role

You will oversee all Tax & VAT compliance in line with any recent updates or changes providing training or guidance where necessary across the business and Global Support as required. You will communicate and ensure your department complies with its overall delivery and quality performance metrics including Group Tax strategy.



What you'll need to succeed

You will have In depth knowledge and understanding of the mechanics in your department and how these fit into the wider global environment. You will have exceptional knowledge of talent management, leadership and coaching. A recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. CTA, ACCA, ACA). You will have 6 years relevant Tax & VAT accounting experience.
