Tax Accountant - International Operations, Aldershot

Responsible for providing support to the Director of International Tax Operations in managing the tax affairs of the UKI, North and South Europe, AMEA and Australia regions. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Essential Job Functions

1. Transfer Pricing operations support including review and implementation of transfer pricing models,
2. Management of tax audits across multiple regions including regular reporting to senior management of status and issues.
3. Assisting in documentation and assessment of tax risks for US tax reporting purposes.
4. Preparing transfer pricing documentation and defence submissions on tax audits.
5. Managing of global outsourcing of direct tax returns and liaison with external providers
6. Coordination and support of legal entity rationalization project including liaison with cross functional teams, external advisors.
7. Assisting with management of department budget including budget setting, forecasting and vendor management.
8. Assisting with management and coordination of department objectives across multi-regions.
9. Identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities across International Tax Operations.
10. Other ad-hoc tax duties

Basic Qualifications

1. ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT qualified with at least three years’ post qualification experience
2. Transfer Pricing experience preferable
3. Strong Microsoft Excel skills
4. SAP experience an advantage

2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3. Ability to manage projects across multiple regions with multi-function stakeholders
4. Ability to collate and present information to senior management in confident and concise manner
5. A team member that can be flexible to support other team functions at peak periods such as UKI compliance and reporting.
