Transfer Pricing Lead, International HQ, Frankfurt

Overview

Our client, a global leader in their sector is looking for a Transfer Pricing lead to join their international HQ in Germany. You will be the number 1 TP expert for the group as well as taking ownership of all Transfer Pricing activities. You will also oversee global process implementation as well as some M&A transactions.

Responsibilities

- Development and implementation of transfer pricing policies for the national and international subsidiaries
- Implementation and ongoing development of the BEPS initiative reports and analysis
- Analysis, development, and implementation of procedural TPD systems in the context of cross-border delineation gain
- Production of transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing models in tax audits and coordination with domestic and foreign consultants
- Supporting our companies in international communication procedures and advance pricing agreements
- Implementation and ongoing development of our international tax compliance management system
- Design and assessment of tax planning opportunities, including in corporate restructurings, M & A transactions, and financings

Your Experience

Must have

- Studied economics or law
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of Transfer Pricing
- Fluent German and English

Nice to have

- SAP FI, SAP BW and TaxOne
- M&A and corporate tax experience
