A leading, Global Real Estate Investment firm is seeking for an ACA/CTA Qualified Senior Tax Manager to join their fast growing tax team. You will be involved in aspects real estate tax compliance, operational taxes, tax risk management and the opportunity to be involved in transactions.
The successful candidate will be ACA/CTA Qualified, preferably with real estate tax experience - but this is not essential. You must have strong UK Corporate Tax compliance experience, and have an ability to work well within a small team to develop internal and external networks.
The responsibilities of this role will include:
* Working with advisers and deal teams to design structures
* Management of tax due diligence
* Assistance with developing tax and risk management strategy
* Tax risk reporting
* Oversight of the corporate tax compliance process for all entities
* Assistance with developing and maintaining a framework and policies for managing transfer pricing aspects of real estate transactions
* Co-ordination with advisers and country teams to prepare bench marking studies and transfer pricing reports
* Ensuring transfer pricing documentation requirements are met accordingly
* Dealing with specific post-closing tax actions for real estate transactions
* Establishing and monitoring governance policies and procedures
