Role Description
• A need has arisen to bring in an additional mid-senior level Tax Partner in the New York office.
• Part succession planning, part wider firm growth in the US.
• Advisory tax work ranging from some of the largest global M&A tax deals, Financial Services (Investment Banking, Front Office Tax, Retail Banking), Capital Markets, Investment Funds amongst other areas.
• Big ticket corporate and financial services tax with high-level one-off, global tax advice in tax controversy and transfer pricing from time to time.
About You
• You will likely be currently practicing at a renowned Top Tier, Wall Street law firm and be looking for a challenge, change.
• On the up in your career, likely to be looking at your first and only or last move.
• Used to working across complex taxes often with a global dimension.
