Assistant Manager - M&A Tax - £55, 000

Nebula Partners are working with the highly successful M&A tax team of a leading Big 4 firm. The firm knows how to value their people and their strengths and have an inclusive leadership strategy. There will be plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development, and you will be working alongside many talented people within this firm.
You will become part of the M&A Tax Group, and focus specifically on providing tax advice in connection with UK and international transactions. The team works alongside clients and colleagues in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services on transactions typically ranging in size from £10m upwards, proving tax structuring and tax due diligence services. The team works across all sectors ranging from financial services, infrastructure, consumer industrial markets and private equity. Overseas travelling is also an opportunity in light of the nature of the work.

Key responsibilities:
- Providing tax structuring, tax due diligence and modelling advice on a wide range of transactions
- Being involved in business development activity
- Co-ordinate the advice provided by other overseas teams and other skillsets

Requirements:
- Qualified CTA or ACA/CA or equivalent
- UK corporate tax knowledge
- International Tax/M&A Tax experience is desirable, but not essential
