Assistant Manager – International Tax - £55, 000 Total Package

Nebula Partners are working with the highly successful international tax team of a leading Big 4 firm. The team helps clients to determine the best approach to their global tax strategy and structure, provide advice om how to expand into new markets (including into the UK), how to structure their financing and the appropriate location for assets and activity, reorganisations and cross border structuring, rationalisation and divestment. The international tax team is expanding and is an area of continued investment and there are opportunities to achieve a career path to grow within the company. An assistant manager within this team will have the opportunity to undertake international tax and treasury work and support the team by running a broad portfolio of clients.

This role involves working on a range of projects and clients within multiple sectors. The work includes:
- Advising UK and international groups on a range of cross border tax issues
- Project managing cross border teams and UK client service teams on an ongoing basis on advisory projects
- Assisting on tax aspects of audits
- Assisting with business development work

The person:
- CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
- 3-4 years tax experience within a professional services firm
- Ability and willingness to keep up to date technically
