Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Real Estate, Top 10 firm, London, up to £65k plus bonus

This leading Accountancy firm based in Central London are looking for a Senior Manager to head up their Real Estate Corporate Tax team.

Your new company
This award winning accountancy firm have a large Corporate Tax team with around 50 staff. As a department led by over 10 partners where this team have extensive plans for growth.

Your new role
As Senior Tax Manager for the Real Estate offering in this firm you will be responsible for identifying and advising on real estate tax planning opportunities within your portfolio. You will be a key point of contact for queries on property taxes including ATED, non-resident landlord income tax and chargeable gains taxes. It will be preferable for the candidate to hold knowledge of Stamp Duty Land Taxes or an awareness of Private Client and Trust tax issues.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you must be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified. You must possess at least three-five years as a manger within a corporate tax team dealing with real estate clients. Those already operating at Senior Manager level will also be considered.
