International Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager - Atlanta, GA

Due to continued growth the firm seeks to hire an international tax manager or senior manager to help drive the growth of their international tax department. The department focuses on the inbound and outbound issues faced by privately owned businesses in the Atlanta market, nationally and internationally. You won’t be working with Fortune 500 corporations but you will be working with middle market companies and their entrepreneurial owners. Currently consisting of 2 dedicated international tax professionals (Partner and Manager) this is a great opportunity to be large component of a department and have a say in how that business develops.

You will do the following;
 Working with current and prospective multinational clients to develop international tax structures.
 Participating in brainstorming and other technical sessions intended to understand a client or prospective client's international tax position.
 Research and prepare materials for projects related to tax planning considerations.
 Keeping current with tax practices and changes in the tax law having a direct impact on our current and prospective clients.
 Market international tax services to existing and potential clients.

To be considered for this opportunity you will require a CPA license, you will need to hold an Undergraduate degree in Accounting (Masters in Tax is preferred). You will need to have a minimum of 7 years of relevant Tax experience in international tax compliance and/or consulting. Prior experience with some or all of the following international tax planning areas: Outbound transactions and Subpart F, Inbound Transactions, Check the Box , Tax Treaty Issues, Repatriation, Foreign Tax Credit Planning, Global Cash Utilization and Accounting for Income Taxes and transfer pricing;
