Private Equity M&A Tax Manager

The market leading M&A Tax team is sourcing for an ACA/CTA Qualified M&A Tax Manager to join their fast-paced, well established team, where you will be working with the largest PE houses and infrastructure funds.

Within this team you will be able to expand your skill set in a leading role within UK & Internationals teams on some of the largest buy-outs in Europe. You will be involved in a wide variety of work and clients that include international and mid-cap private equity houses, infrastructure funds and multi-national firms.

You will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle, including due diligence, structuring, SPA and financing documents, post-acquisition implementation and reorganisation. Alongside this you will be involved in:

* Advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider M&A commercial issues for high profile projects
* Mergers and acquisitions tax due diligence

The ideal candidate for this role will be ACA/CTA qualified, with previous exposure to international clients preferably within M&A in a professional services environment. This would be a very strategic move for an individual who is currently in one of the mid-tier firms in M&A tax, looking to further develop their career in a more challenging environment.
