This entrepreneurial and forward -thinking boutique firm can offer a challenging and exciting role to a committed and enthusiastic tax manager to join their team.
Although part of the role will be to manage the tax compliance and to develop a small team of tax professionals , the primary focus of the technical work will centre around providing advisory services to clients(who will be a mix of high net worth individuals and owner managed businesses).This ad hoc work will include providing tax advice on a range of subjects including:
*Residence and domicile issues
*EIS/SEIS
*EMI and employee share schemes and profit extraction
*Some ATED reporting
The clients are extremely varied and include
Ideally, you will possess the CTA qualification and a wealth of taxation experience gained within the profession . Whilst the role will have a personal tax focus, it would be helpful if you have some knowledge and exposure of corporate in tax to advise the businesses as well as the individuals. In addition, you will be a good communicator and be capable of managing a small team of tax professionals.
