JOB DESCRIPTION

The Vice President of Treasury will:

Coordinate global liquidity for working capital needs to include manage inter-company cash and needs
Handle long and short-term cash flow forecasting, daily cash management, including cash positioning, daily liquidity, manage intra-company funding
Review daily cash position and its components
Actively managed and lead the company’s monthly 13 week liquidity forecasting process, ensuring its accuracy and timelines, to include the weekly variance and progress analysis
Manage working capital, debt obligations, interest payments, and lender relationships
Manage payment processing and fraud prevention functions
Support leasing initiatives and analysis (“lease vs. buy” analysis)
Coordinate with accounting team to ensure cash activities are properly recorded and bank accounts are properly reconciled to include bank matrix, signature cards, Bank fee statements analysis
Support roll-out of Treasury Cash Management projects and global platform
Administer and negotiate various AMEX programs, P-Cards, T&E, E-Payables
Handle other duties, as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS

10+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance and Accounting; 5+ years of experience in a Corporate Treasury
M.B.A. or other Advanced Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar fields
Knowledge of Capital and Currency Markets, Accounting, Finance and Tax
Experience in SEC reporting & SOX Compliance, as well as Statutory and GAAP Reporting
Proficiency with Financial Markets, Foreign Exchange Rates / Markets, Collections, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Banking
Microsoft Excel proficient
Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
