Corporate Tax Advisor - Oil & Gas

You would be joining an excellent team, where there is room to grow and develop.

Within this role you will be involved in the preparation and oversight of the Group's country by country reporting requirements as well as tax transparency and tax risk processes as well as general corporate tax reporting and advisory. You will also be involved in:

* Preparation of the country by country reporting
* Identifying risk areas associated with the preparations and conclusions from the country by country reporting, and developing the solutions to mitigate the risks
* Monitor developments in the global legislation and communicate and prepare for the impact
* UK and International corporate tax compliance deliverable reviews
* Preparation and/or reviews of various tax reporting deliverables
* Ad hoc transfer pricing analysis and documentation

This would be an excellent role for an individual who may have just qualified within one of the Big 4 firms, looking to make their first move in-house. Experience working within the oil & gas sector is desirable, but not essential - so if you are looking to work in a slightly different industry then please apply ASAP to be considered!
