US International Tax Senior Associate – London, UK

Our client is a global tax advisory firm who specialise in providing software, managed services, accounting and tax services to US multinational corporations who are expanding across the globe. Duties will include:
• You will be providing tax compliance and consulting services to US companies with UK subsidiaries.
• You will be focused on assisting clients with their US and international tax planning.
• International tax consulting: inbound & outbound, foreign withholding, transfer pricing.
• Tax provisions: ASC 740 (FAS 109); FIN 48; Memoranda.
• Working on engagements with a heavy focus on tax consulting and compliance.

You will have at least 2 – 4 years US tax (corporate) experience with a leading law firm or Big 4 accounting firm. You will need to be a CPA, EA or LLM/JD qualified professional. If at the associate level then you should be working towards one of the mentioned qualifications. You will also need to have a flair for client relationship management and be ready to go above and beyond for your clients.
