The employment tax team is currently achieving double digit growth year-on-year through the utilisation of extensive internal and external networks. They possess a hungry ambition to surpass their growth expectations into the future and as an integral part of the team, you will work with some of the most pertinent clients in the world including global banks, asset management firms and insurance groups to help them address their needs as they seek to adapt to an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. As well as working on an unrivalled client portfolio, you will explore numerous technical issues through both advisory and compliance projects. The team's speciality rests in advising clients on UK PAYE, NIC and International Social Security related issues. You will deal with relevant legislation, as well as designing policies that benefit the employee and manage cost for the employer.

To succeed in this role, experience of employment tax and dealing with technical issues is essential, and a professional tax or accounting qualification would be advantageous. Prior knowledge of financial services is not necessary, more important is an eager and flexible attitude to work and the ability to manage expectations whilst juggling numerous projects simultaneously.
