Head of Tax & Treasury, Greenfield Role, Central London, to £110k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and fast-growing media group with a global footprint. In line with ambitious growth plans and expanding operations, they have identified the need and opportunity for a Head of Tax and Treasury to support the business.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be partnering with the business to support expansion both organically and through acquisition and optimizing the Group's tax position. You will also have responsibility for writing and developing the Group's tax strategy and ensuring all compliance obligations are met, including bringing the UK tax compliance process in-house. In addition to this you will take responsibility for managing the treasury operations although the client does not require prior experience of this area.

The successful candidate will be operating at Senior Manager or Director level and have experience across international tax with an understanding of transfer pricing as well as broader compliance issues and processes. You will need to be proactive and commercial in your approach and demonstrate a willingness to develop a treasury specialist skill set.
