Regional Tax Manager Regional Corporate Tax Manager In house role Bedfordshire

This is an exciting in house leadership tax role sitting within a Global Group tax team of around 35, reporting to the Group Tax Director based out in Europe.

You will manage the UK & Ireland region for this large acquisitive Group, managing one other member of staff who will take responsibility for the UK compliance and reporting duties.

In additional to overseeing the compliance and managing the team, your focus would be 60/40 in favour of tax strategy, advisory and group projects. An example of some key issues would be tax risk investigation, large complex capital allowance projects, transfer pricing projects, M&A, acquisition and disposal due diligence, redesigning systems and processes. This role will cover all taxes

An exceptional opportunity for someone to take on a visible and autonomous leadership role, you must be qualified ACCA/ACA/CTA and have a superb proven background in corporate tax, exposure to other taxes would be helpful. A strong man management ability and experience of dealing with large projects and strategic work is desired.

THIS ROLE COULD BE CONSIDERED EITHER FULL TIME OR POSSIBLE 4 DAYS A WEEK.
