I am recruiting for a private client tax team in London that wants to hire someone capable of improving team performance.
One of your main challenges will be to build and maintain the technical skills of the private client tax team. You will put together a framework that will identify the unique skills of your team and provide an ongoing internal training structure to develop and build the stars of tomorrow.
You will also need to provide effective management for a growing team that includes levels from newly qualified professional to senior manager. Needless to say you will need to enjoy and be challenged by the idea of management and developing people.
