Corporate Tax Director, UK and International Tax Work, London

As a director at this firm you will be part of the strategic decision making process and contribute to the direction and growth of your team and practice. 

The corporate tax team is involved in a range of different activities. Business and international tax planning extends from complex cross border deal-structuring to group strategy and employee incentive schemes. Clients include: OMB’s (primarily)and listed companies. The firm has a wide range of International clients and assists in supporting the growth of these companies in the UK and overseas.

Overall Purpose of the Role:

You will work closely with partners 

•To assist with the planning and other ad hoc assignments and in marketing the firm’s corporate tax function.
•To create tax project work from the firm’s existing clients and networks.
•To provide effective supervision of and training to the tax staff.
•Staff to be seen as the principal point of contact for internal and external clients who have technical or planning queries.
