International Tax Senior Manager - Medical Technology, Watford

A Global Medical Technology business is looking to appoint an International Tax Senior Manager to join their team. This could be an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to make their first move out of Practice, or if you are looking to make another move in-house.

This would be an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a fast moving and interesting company, within their international tax department, and gain exposure to a great variety of challenging tax projects.

The successful individual will ideally have 6 years + experience of working within one of the Big 4 firms, or in a FTSE 100/250 environment. You will have a variety of responsibilities that include:

* M&A tax work including due diligence, transaction structuring and post transaction integration
* Assisting with tax authority audits on cross-border related matters
* Working directly with the transfer pricing team on international tax strategy
* Keeping up to date with BEPS and other international tax developments, and recommending actions in response to any changes

It is essential that you have very strong international tax experience, as well as strong commercial skills that will be transitioned into an environment where you will be dealing with external stakeholders.

Direct industry experience would be desirable, but not essential. The client in question is open to considering individuals who have worked within similar industries such as retail or consumer companies.
