The Role:
As an intern in London, you will support your assigned team in providing quality bespoke recruitment services specifically around candidate sourcing and engagement, commercial activities and some administrative duties. You will be responsible for developing new clients through cold calling, placing advertisements, headhunting candidates, screening candidates on the phone and face to face, handling offers, taking references and making placements.
We have the following placements available:
* Internal Recruitment - Tasked with supporting our HR and Internal Function with the on boarding of new hires. You will be responsible for finding Graduates and Experienced Recruiters to join our UK & Ireland function as well as promoting our marketing function within Internal Recruitment.
* Executive Search - Tasked with supporting our Director of Executive Search with high profile CFO/CEO Finance Roles. If you are considering entering a career into the Private Equity sector, this will provide an excellent foundation and give you the opportunity to network with some impressive clients
* Finance and Accounting - If you are considering entering a career into Accountancy after your degree, this will provide an outstanding platform to expose you to all Accountancy Qualifications and the structure of finance functions and teams across FTSE listed businesses and SME's
We are seeking immediately available Undergraduates who are able to commute to our offices in Chancery Lane and get throw themselves into life at Marks Sattin. You will receive all relevant training and development as well as a base salary. We are also flexible in tailoring parts of the placement year to suit specific academic requirements in regards to dissertation etc.
