Senior Accountant / Small Business Manager, Bridgend

Manage a portfolio of small business clients - Modern Bridgend Practice - up to £35,000

My client is a well known Accountancy Practice based in the Bridgend area. With a great location, modern offices and a forward thinking outlook on Accounting, they are perfectly placed to continue their fantastic growth over the last 10 years.

Your new role
You will be classed as Small Business Manager, taking over a portfolio of clients that include sole traders, partnerships and owner managed businesses. As well as spending a lot of time with clients, building strong relationships and bringing in new clients, you will support the team in completing year end accounts, VAT and Tax computations. It's very much a role for an all rounder!

What you'll need to succeed
You should either be ACCA/ACA qualified with 4 years experience or a QBE with at least 10 years experience in Practice. A large part of the role is dealing with clients face to face and over the phone so you must be comfortable with this, as well as being a skilled technical Accountant.
