EMEA Head of Tax, West London

I have been exclusively retained on a fantastic EMEA Head of Tax position. Based in West London, my client is a market leader in the sector, and is looking to hire as a result of internal promotion. Based in the group headquarters, this role will lead all areas of tax and will play a pivotal role in transitioning the function towards true business partnership. Your technical knowledge will ensure compliance and reporting are well maintained and that there are no surprises for the board. However, your true 'value add' will be on delivering long term risk management, effective tax planning, and the management and development of a small team. You will also have exposure to treasury issues. The ideal candidate will be a Big 4 qualified tax professional, with exposure to all areas of the tax profession, and a strong track record of delivery 'in house'. You will also be able to influence non-tax professionals and will demonstrate a commercial acumen that transcends tax.
