Your new company
One of the largest independent accountancy practices in Macclesfield, with a large local, UK an international client base. Having been established over 120 years, this firm employing 50 members of staff are looking to appoint a new Mixed tax manager due to a relocation.

Your new role
Your new role as a mixed tax manager will involve managing your own portfolio of circa 300 personal and corporate tax clients from varying industries and sectors. You will be accountable for a range of compliance matters and pick up ad hoc advisory and tax planning work, and for liaising with clients via email, telephone and face to face and HMRC on behalf of your client.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant you will come from a Tax background within practice and have an up to date knowledge of both personal and corporate tax legislation. You will be CTA and or ACCA/ACA/ATT qualified or qualified by experience and be confident in liaising with clients via email, telephone and face to face.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of between £35,000-£40,000 plus 23 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday. You will also receive the opportunity to work within a reputable firm with a varied and cross sector client base in a progressive role offering plenty of opportunity.
