Funds Tax (Private Equity) Manager

I am currently seeking a talented and driven funds tax manager to assist in the success and growth of this private equity funds tax team within one of the Big 4.

The team provides a range of services to fund vehicles and management entities above the portfolio company level, including tax compliance and reporting, fund structuring and ad hoc advisory work for mid-market PE funds.

A truly varied role which would benefit from someone with a broad range of skills - with specific emphasis on experience with investment partnerships, investment companies, exec's personal tax compliance and the trading entities.

In this role, you will be able to build your career, broaden your knowledge of the PE industry, understand more about different types of common fund structures, the way different entities in these structures are taxed - along with increasing your broader corporate tax, income tax, CGT, VAT and international tax knowledge providing you with a rounded advisory role.
