They offer continuous training at all levels, to ensure that they remain a strong force within the accountancy world.
Your new role
A highly client-facing position, you will be tasked with dealing with HNWIs alongside other professional advisors. Overseeing and leading a team of junior staff, you will mentor them to aid the development of their soft skills and ensuring technical training is delivered as and when required. You will be expected to lead on multiple projects with minimal Partner oversight, while also working closely with Partners to keep clients up to date with recent developments.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have an advanced understanding of Private Client Tax, and previous interaction with HMRC will allow you to confidently interact with them regarding complex issues. You will be proactive in approaching clients with ideas and possible opportunities and take full responsibility for the health of client relationships.
