Group Tax Analyst, Listed Business, Dublin

One of Ireland's largest and most successful listed businesses is searching for a talented tax professional to join their highly respected Group Tax team.

The team provides support to the Group executive team and Board and Divisional management and this opportunity will offer the successful candidate the chance to develop a deep understanding of a large, complex and dynamic global business. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a global tax strategy.

Reporting to one of the Group Tax Planning Managers, you will assist with the development, and subsequently project manage, complex new tax and transfer pricing planning strategies and play a key role in the Group's consolidated financial and management reporting processes.

Additionally, you will be assessing acquisition and divestment proposals and liaise with Group Finance to ensure these acquisitions/divestments are integrated appropriately from a tax perspective.

This is a fantastic and unique opportunity and ideally you will be a highly motivated and ambitious tax qualified (or similar) professional with international or group experience. Some transfer pricing/M&A experience would be an advantage
