International Tax Manager, London, up to £65k

This firm's International Tax team is a well-established group of around 40 dedicated international tax and treasury specialists who help UK and international headed groups address all their international structuring and planning needs. They help clients to determine the best approach to their global tax strategy and structure, provide advice on how to expand into new markets (including into the UK), how to structure their financing and the appropriate location for assets and activity, reorganisations and cross border structuring, rationalisation and divestment

Your new role
This role involves working on a range of projects and clients within Sectors. The work includes advising UK and international groups on a range of cross border tax issues, group structuring, tax efficient financing, inbound and outbound investment. You will be recommending strategies for managing clients' effective tax rate using efficient intellectual property, financing and other strategies as well as project managing cross border teams and UK client service teams on an ongoing basis on advisory (and sometimes on M&A) projects. Assisting with business development and developing and coaching junior members of the team will also be a part of your role.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to be ACA/CTA/ACCA/CA qualified with 4-5 years' experience in tax (international tax experience preferential). You will need to have excellent communication skills, analytical skills and a commercial approach to business. A high level of drive and enthusiasm will be vital to succeed within this team.
