As the team is expanding, they are now looking to hire a WHT Senior Manager to join their London office.
Be an integral partner in our clients business decisions to enhance shareholder value by providing tax-related advice globally to all business units. Assist with governmental audits, internal audits and/or fiscal recharges. Ensure company complies with worldwide statutory tax reporting specifications. Develop strategies to minimize corporate tax through use of tax laws and regulations.
Maintain current knowledge of all tax laws affecting our client.
· Identify a talented, result-oriented individual to complete the following for approximately 150 companies in more than 70 countries that suffer WHT tax annually.
Advise on global tax implications of business activities and initiatives
· WHT issues advice;
Provide input on any international tax impacts ( withholding taxes)
· Coordinate income tax compliance teams, for an efficient inclusion in the income tax return.
Coordinate regularly with internal departments such as legal, accounting, commercial development and foreign offices on transactions, contracts, business arrangements, etc.
