Corporate (Insurance) Tax Manager

The main duties of the role include:

* Advising clients with ad hoc advisory and managing client relationships - ensuring high quality delivery
* Involvement in the coaching, development and mentoring of the junior team members
* Carrying out detailed technical research
* Advice will include, but not limited to International tax, tax structuring, tax due diligence and restructuring advice on a wide range of structures and transactions
* Maintaining and developing client relationships, and being involved in business development proposals.
* Partnering up with your clients to provide a holistic approach and spot other areas of advice needed, whether that be tax or other services

This opportunity is advisory focused; however, you will be expected to support the audit practice.

Insurance experience is not a pre-requisite; however, core Corporate Tax experience is, along with a willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
