The role has arisen simply because the team has more work than they can handle and have far exceeded their targets way before year end. The client base consists of a diverse variety of domestic and cross border work with a healthy pipeline from a strong international network. You will be involved in a range of advisory projects as well as the usual, more complex compliance review. The 'team' as well as the individual is highly valued at this firm, and you will be encouraged to motivate more junior staff buy sharing your knowledge as the senior managers, directors and partners will freely share theirs with you. This covers more than just technical expertise, and as a manager you will be encouraged to develop relationships with clients.

This role would ideally suit a manager or experienced Assistant Manager with well rounded skills looking for a motivating environment in which they can further develop and take on responsibility.
