Managing the day to day UK work and leading the junior team on this marque client you will:

· Build, maintain and lead strong relationships with the client
· Take ownership for UK finances
· Working closely with the Central Co-ordination Team, Social Security team and Employment tax team to ensure a proactive service delivery
· Day to day contact for allocated VIPs and working closely with the Senior Manager, Director and Partner to deliver an enhanced service to the VIPs
· Ensuring clients are provided with up to date information on UK tax developments
· Project management of advisory projects carried out for clients
· Be involved in all aspects of cross border advisory - covering tax, Social Security, process, policy and efficiencies
· Responsibility for managing the UK tax compliance and working closely with the Centre of Excellence
· Carry out arrival/departure briefings for senior assignees
· Get involved in business development/proposals
· Managing and coaching of staff

To be considered you will be:

· ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or equivalently experienced.
· Strong experience working in expatriate tax services at similar level
· energeticc, committed, and keen to ameliorate
· High level personal responsibility and accountability for team work
· Ability to identify core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates information
· Communicates with impact, both in speech and writing, and in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear
· Safeguards and enhances the reputation of the firm through the quality of work, knowledge and experience
· Motivated by a passion for the international aspects of our work, professional proficiency, and a desire to serve and lead excellent UK team
· Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under own initiative
· Capable of working to deadlines, showing resilience under pressure and an ability to apply knowledge to non-routine situations
· Demonstrates sound professional judgement including the ability to identify issues/concerns and consult where appropriate with more senior staff.
