Senior Trust Manager (private client) job within top 50 law firm in Norwich. £40-50k plus benefits
Hays Taxation are recruiting a Senior Trust Manager (Private Client) for a Top 50 UK law firm based in central Norwich.
The work undertaken within the team involves will drafting, estate planning, complex tax planning, trusts and estate administrations, preparation of lasting powers of attorney, charity advice and administration on behalf of a range of private clients, trustees and charities. You will act for wealthy families and individuals, business people and landowners.
Your key duties will be;
* Tax planning advice regarding all aspects of trusts
* inheritance tax calculations
* management and administrations of complex trusts to include maintenance and preparation of all related accounting records and HMRC returns.
* FATCA/CRS/Trust register reporting.
* Supervising two trust administrators.
To be successful;
You will be an experienced Trust Manager with previous experience within a comparable role in a law or accountancy firm and will have experience of supervising others. You will hold a accountancy qualification STEP, CIOT or ATT.
