Job Description:
As a Senior Manager / Associate Director in the FS Tax team you will demonstrate a strong depth of technical knowledge in your service area and apply this knowledge to develop solutions to complex technical issues. The team works across banking, insurance, investment management, private equity and funds markets.
You'll proactively seeks out business development opportunities.
You'll build a personal network from which referrals are received.
You'll take responsibility and ownership of the client relationship at the appropriate level in the client's organisation.
You'll write high quality tax reports and provide high quality advice to clients, requiring minimal input from directors or partners.

Tax Delivery
You'll act as a focal point for the delivery of sophisticated tax advice to clients and the business.
You'll provide reliable and effective technical support to the partners in their chosen area, recognising issues to manage technical risk.
You'll consult on a variety of technical areas, including the ability to identify those able to provide support in relation to technical risk.

People
You'll be an approachable and respected member of the team who takes a proactive interest in the team's performance and wellbeing.
You'll take responsibility and ownership for wider team issues.
You'll lead, manage, motivate and coach managers by inducting effectively, giving regular feedback and completing timely performance reviews.
