Change International are delighted to be partnering with a leading Global Accounting Firm for the recruitment of Tax Director to be based in Australia.

This role will allow passionate individuals to make a real impact to Private clients, assisting their developing businesses and provide meaningful commercial solutions.

About The Role:
Your valuable expertise will be part of a leading taxation team assisting Australia’s largest and complex private entities. As a Director you will oversee junior team members, assist Partners in driving the business and be involved in the provision of Tax services to our clients including:
· Tax advisory and compliance - planning & review
· Tax structuring
· Tax-effective transaction advisory
· Tax matters associated with trust and estate planning
· Tax consolidation planning and compliance
· Employee compensation / remuneration / share and option planning

About Your Expertise:
· CA or Masters of Tax or similar qualification with a view to continually expand your knowledge
· Extensive Tax Advisory exposure from a large accounting network
· A curiosity and passion to learn more about your client’s issues and a creative mindset to provide meaningful business solutions
· Excellent communication skills with a passion for developing relationships with key stakeholders
· Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a passion for coaching junior team members
· Business Development experience with demonstrable examples of success
